Associate Actuary. Seeking an ASA/FSA with traditional life valuation experience performing Statutory, GAAP and Tax. The person selected for this role will help drive the overall success of the valuation team and the company’s critical financial reporting obligations. Remote or Southern Region.
Variable Annuity Valuation, ASA. This person will help drive the overall success of the VA valuation team and the company’s critical financial reporting obligations. This highly visible position will interact with other departments within the organization and play a key role in analyzing key drivers of earnings through close collaboration with the Finance Department. This position is also responsible for performing Statutory, GAAP and Tax valuation of variable annuities. Ideal candidate has experience performing STAT, Tax and GAAP valuations for Annuity or Life business along with spreadsheet and technical skills such as SQL coding and programming skills. ERM, Life Actuary. Our client, a large Life & Retirement organization, is looking to hire an Actuary to be responsible for supporting review and challenge of all Financial and Actuarial risks. The position will interact with multiple other functions including Finance, Pricing, Valuation, Experience Studies, and ALM, as well as other teams within the greater ERM organization. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently. Strong working knowledge of US life insurance product features and risks. General competency related to US Life pricing, valuation (Statutory, GAAP, and Economic), underwriting, and experience studies preferred. Eastern, Southern, or Southwest Regions or Remote.
Variable Annuity, Lead Risk Actuary. Ideally seeking a well-rounded Actuary to provide risk oversight for Annuity products, specifically Variable Annuities. The position will have oversight of hedging, product development, pricing, GAAP / Statutory valuation, capital management, Asset Liability Management (“ALM”), and stress testing. Working knowledge of hedging, derivatives and ALM are desired. Familiarity with stress testing and capital management frameworks are preferred. This person will have autonomy and must have strong communication skills to communicate across the various departments within the company. Valuation, Actuary. Will perform valuation on Life blocks with the focus on both GAAP and Statutory/Principle-Based Reserves. Will be responsible for calculating, analyzing, reporting, and explaining reserves and other actuarial financial statement items for Universal Life and Traditional Life business. The individual will monitor policyholder behavior and profitability of the business and will also provide actuarial support to recurring and special projects. Ideal candidate is an FSA or Career-ASA with detailed knowledge of statutory valuation requirements and GAAP accounting issues for life insurance products. Experience with PBR valuation preferred. Excess Auto Pricing Lead. ACAS or new FCAS with strong commercial auto experience needed, The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of experience. Multiple Regions or Remote.
Annuity Valuation. Seeking an actuary to be responsible for calculating, analyzing, reporting, and explaining reserves and other actuarial financial statement items for fixed indexed annuity business. 7+ years of relevant experience, and experience with a valuation software package. Northeast or Southern Region.
New/Near ASA, Rotation program. The incumbent will be accountable for providing financial and actuarial analytics, supporting pricing, valuation, and corporate project initiatives, and for developing, updating, maintaining, and running complex models. P&C Actuarial Insurtech Opportunity. Seeking an FCAS with 6+ years experience in Personal Auto, Homeowners or other Property lines ratemaking/ rate plan development. Role involves telematics, predictive modeling, catastrophe rating, ratemaking and more. Experience should include state rate filing, preparing actuarial memos and responding to state regulatory objections. Southwest Region or Remote.
LTC, Consultant. Seeking an ASA to New FSA level candidate to work on LTC modeling. The ideal candidate should have modeling experience, preferably in AXIS or Prophet. They will consider a strong modeler and will teach the LTC piece. This hire is due to growth. Eastern Region or Remote.

The candidate will be expected to contribute to a broad range of client projects and assist in business development.
